Identification of Stakeholders
Evergreen Steel referred to the five principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES, 2015)—Dependency, Responsibility, Tension, Influence, and Diverse Perspectives—to identify and prioritize groups or organizations that have a significant impact on, or are affected by, the Company. Through joint discussions among senior executives, members of the Sustainability Committee task force, and external experts, six stakeholder categories were identified as the Company’s key stakeholders and priority communication targets: employees and other workers, shareholders, customers, suppliers/contractors, government agencies, and steel industry peers.
Stakeholder Contact
A dedicated contact hotline and email address for stakeholders are published on the Company's website. The responsible unit reviews and takes action on notifications, suggestions, complaints and tipoffs from whistle-blowers.

In order to establish a good communication channel with employees, we announce employee benefits and other useful information from time to time, and encourage internal and external personnel to report unethical acts or misconduct. A dedicated mailbox is listed on the Company's website and internal website for the use of external personnel and Company employees.

The Company's website has an "Investor Service Area" ,which is managed by a dedicated unit to disclose the Company's financial and operational governance information. Also listed are the Company’s spokespersons and acting spokespersons.

Stakeholder Engagement
The communications and engagements with stakeholders are compiled into a report, which will be submitted to the Sustainability Committee and the Board of Directors every year. They are also included in the Company's Sustainability Report and the Corporate Sustainability section of the Company website. Communications and engagements in 2025 are listed below, which will be provided to the Sustainability Committee and the Board of Directors on December 24, 2025.
